Stella is co-founded the company in 1957 with her late husband, Harry, launching Celebrity Wigs—a brand that remains part of the business today. Now in her 90s, Stella still works four days a week in the office, embodying dedication and passion. As the matriarch of the Shiff family, she takes great pride in the legacy she has built and the strong foundation she’s passing down through generations. With deep trust in her family and the future of the business, Stella remains an inspiring presence and a driving force behind Angel Extensions’ enduring success.
Paul Shiff
Paul Shiff, son of company co-founder Stella and father to Creative Director Simon, represents the second generation of the Angel Extensions family legacy. He joined the business 30 years ago after a successful career in advertising and has been instrumental in its growth and evolution. In 2007, Paul introduced tape extensions to Australia, a pivotal moment that transformed the local hair industry. As CEO, he continues to lead with innovation and passion. Paul is a familiar and friendly face at the office, always accompanied by his two beloved dogs, Charlie and Maddie, who never miss a workday.
Ruby Wall
Digital Marketing Manager
Ruby Wall Angel Extensions in 2023, bringing over 10 years of experience in social media and digital marketing. She spent three years in New York working with a global beauty brand, where she honed her skills in content creation and brand strategy. A long-time lover of hair extensions, Ruby has worn them since her teenage years, making her role at Angel Extensions a perfect fit. She’s passionate about collaborating with broadcast productions and HMUA artists, and is currently preparing to welcome her first child in July 2025. Ruby brings creativity, energy, and insight to the team.
Simon Shiff
Creative Director
Simon joined Angel Extensions in 2023 alongside his wife, Ruby, bringing with him 12 years of experience as a commercial photographer. As Creative Director, Simon leads all in-house content creation, using his visual storytelling skills to elevate the brand's digital presence. He is passionate about modernising the business and driving its creative direction through innovative, high-quality content. Outside of work, Simon shares a love for classic cars with his father, Paul, and together they maintain a growing collection. His blend of creativity and technical expertise makes him a dynamic force within the Angel Extensions team.
Sherrie Hall

With 36 years in hairdressing, including a four-year apprenticeship, Sherrie Hall brings deep industry knowledge and passion to her role at Angel Extensions, where she’s been for nine years. She loves the transformative power of hair and cherishes the long-term relationships built with clients, sharing in their life milestones. Outside of work, Sherrie enjoys time with family and friends, going to the races, traveling, and relaxing at home. She’s proud of her longevity in the industry, the friendships she’s made, and the personal growth she's achieved through continuous learning and support from her inspiring colleagues.

With 42 years in the hairdressing industry and nearly two years at Angel Extensions, Milisa Arsic brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role in sales and education. She loves the transformative power of hair and the confidence it brings to clients—along with the unofficial therapy sessions that come with the job. Outside of work, Milisa enjoys traveling, spending time with family, exploring new restaurants and wineries, and creating art. She’s most proud of building a successful salon business with a loyal, fun-loving clientele—some with secrets she's sworn to keep!
