WARNING: SPF moisturisers, Suntan/Tanning Lotions & Hair Extensions
Please be mindful when using sunscreen and fake tanning products they may affect your hair extensions. Most of these products have an active ingredient known as Methoxybenzolmethane or Avobenzone. This ingredient will cause them to take on a pinkish/orange tone. The colour change and damage to the hair is irreversible. To avoid this damage, only use mineral sunscreens and tanning products and ensure they are free of Avobenzone.
***Must not contain protein
Please be mindful when recommending products for your clients extensions that they do not contain any form of protein.
This may include, but is not limited to, e.g : Oat, Wheat, Rice, Keratin, Soy Milk, Lipids and Vegetable Proteins
Products that use key words such as: Repair, Strengthen, Restore or Rebuild often contain proteins.
All our hair is highest possible quality of Human Hair Cuticle Intact but it requires extra care, above your own hair which is more resilient to proteins.
The use of proteins can cause irreversible damage. It is the users responsibility to avoid this damage.

Can I come and purchase products at the Angel HQ?
Absolutely. We’re open Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. No appointment is required. Click & Collect is available.
What quality of hair does Angel use?
Angel Extensions uses 100% remy cuticle intact human hair. We pride ourselves on our premium quality products to ensure complete confidence.
Can I use heated styling tools on Angel Products?
Yes. All human and synthetic hair can be styled with heated tools provided the lowest heat setting is used (180c is the maximum temperature).
Extra care compared to your our is always advised.
Seek professional advice before altering your extensions.
Can I cut & colour my Angel Extensions?
We suggest matching your natural hair to the extensions and to have your hair freshly coloured prior to choosing your desired shade.
By colouring the hair, it may compromise the integrity of the hair which can result in a less than desired result.
Therefore, we suggest not applying any permanent colour semi/demi colour or toner to your hair extensions.
We take no responsibility for any coloured extensions.
Seek professional advice before altering your extensions.
Where is Angel hair sourced from?
Angel hair is 100% ethically sourced from hair banks across European and Asian Continents.
How long will my Angel Extensions last?
The longevity of your Angel hair extensions depends on the care products you use and the effort you go to in terms of maintaining your extensions.
If regular maintenance isn’t upheld, the hair extensions are more likely to begin getting knotted and matted. However, if regular maintenance is adhered to, extensions will last longer.

We want you to feel your absolute best in our Angel Extensions. That’s why we want to make sure you choose the correct colour shade for your hair.
Feel free to come into our Angel HQ (located in Moorabbin, VIC) and we can find your perfect match in person. Otherwise, you can purchase our Colour Ring online and get real life examples of the hair colours we have.
You can also send through a DM via Instagram (@angelextensions) with a photo of your hair colour. Our customer service consultants will be more than happy to help you find your perfect colour match.
Do you offer store credits?
Yes, we do! Reach out to our customer service consultants and we’ll be more than happy to help.
Can I get my order sent via express?
Yes, orders can be sent via express. The express option can be chosen at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders received before 2pm AEST are dispatched the same day. We use Express Post, so you should receive your order the next day (or the one after).
The colour that I’ve chosen doesn’t quite match my hair. How can I swap this?
Yes, you can exchange the hair provided it has not been used/fitted and is in it's original packaging. If packaging is damaged, a repackaging fee will be incurred.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. learn more
Can I return my product once it’s been removed from the packaging?
Unfortunately not. Products need to be unused and in the same condition that you received them in order to return them.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
I purchased Angel Extensions from a third party but they’re not up to standard. What do I do?
We recommend that you get in contact with your third party supplier.
What if my Angel Extensions fall out or matte?
We always recommend that hair extensions be applied by a professional to avoid this scenario from happening. Unfortunately if hair extensions haven’t been installed or looked after properly, we won’t be able to exchange or return your product.
What happens if my product is faulty?
We pride ourselves on providing good quality, premium products at an affordable price. If you’re not satisfied with the product that you have received, please call our head office to chat with one of our customer service consultants.
